Coachmen built their Freedom Express trailers to handle our humid climate by using Azdel composite panels in the sidewalls that won’t rot, mold or sustain any water damage and are Formaldehyde-free!

All Freedom Express trailers have a double welded aircraft grade aluminum cage that extends beyond the walls; they also have Aluminum framed doors, windows, cargo compartments & vents openings. Also, the bed frame is made of Aluminum as well as some of the roof trusses which makes Freedom Express one of the very few Ultra-Light with a walk-on roof!

Another great quality feature that sets Freedom Express apart is the absence of OSB or chipboard in the floor. Also, sidewalls and floors are vacuum bonded (not just pinch/rolled laminated) and that process eliminates air pockets that can expand in the heat and cause delamination
