All Freedom Express trailers have a double welded aircraft grade aluminum cage that extends beyond the walls; they also have Aluminum framed doors, windows, cargo and vents openings, bed frame but also Aluminum roof trusses which makes Freedom Express one of the very few Ultra-Light with a walk-on roof!

Another great quality feature that sets Freedom Express apart is the absence of OSB or chipboard in the floor! Also, sidewalls and floors are vacuum bonded (not just pinch/rolled laminated) and that process eliminates air pockets that can expand in the heat and cause delamination
