Covid-19 Safety Measures at Sicard RV
Effective Thursday April 8, 2021 at 12:01am, the government of Ontario issued a province-wide stay-at-home order for the next four weeks. To ensure we are compliant with Ontario's public health and workplace safety measures, we have made some adjustments to our business operations below.
Buying a Camper or RV:
Our Sales Department is available by appointment only.
- There will be no customer entry to the inside of the building.
- Masks are required at all times while visiting the dealership.
- Customers must wait in their vehicle upon arrival and call the reception desk at 905-957-3344 to check-in for your appointment. Your RV Sales Representative will meet you at your vehicle.
Demonstration & RV Pick-Ups
Demo's & Pick-Ups will continue to operate.
- When you arrive for your demonstration, please remain in your vehicle and call the reception line at 905-957-3344 to check-in for your appointment.
- You will be directed to drive around to the Demonstration Pad for your demo.
- At this time, we are asking that only one person arrive for the demonstration. All other individuals must remain in their vehicle as there will be no indoor waiting areas available.
- Masks are required at all times while visiting the dealership.
Having your RV serviced:
Our Service Department is available by appointment-only and can be reached via phone call or text.
- Stay safe and save time with our contact-less service drop-off.
- Once your RV is complete, your RV will be disinfected once again.
- A sticker is placed on the camper to signify that it was sanitized, and nobody has re-entered it.
- Masks are required at all times while visiting the dealership.

Our Parts department is available for curbside pick-up only.

- When you arrive to pick-up your order, please park in the designated pick-up area, remain in your vehicle and call the reception line at 905-957-3344.
- One of our Parts Representatives will bring your order our to your vehicle.
