Sandbanks Provincial Park
If you're looking for somewhere with a great beach, Sandbanks Provincial Park is definitely a place to visit. With sparkling clean water and giant sand dunes, some say Sandbanks beaches are among the best in Canada. Walking trails allow visitors to experience the dune and wetland habitats of the park. Sandbanks is a great starting point to explore Prince Edward County, known for its bicycle touring, wineries, food and antiques.

Algonquin Provincial Park
As Ontario's very first provincial park, Algonquin is known as one of the top Ontario attractions to visit. With 1,200 campsites available year-round, reservations likely fill up quickly. Easily accessible by highway, you can park your RV on one of the camping sites and explore rivers and extensive interior of the park on foot.

Interesting fact: Algonquin is Ontario's first provincial park.
Bon Echo Provincial Park
Whether you want to camp in a tent, RV, car, or cabin, Bon Echo has every type of camping you can have and more. This park offers a ton of activities and is home to great hiking trails from 1km in length to 17km in length.

Interesting fact: You can see over 260 native pictographs and historic messages permanently left on the rocks of the 100 meter-high Mazinaw Rock. Ir gives off a thunderous echo, hence the name, "Bon Echo".
Pinery Provincial Park
A breathtakingly beautiful park with 10km of sand beach on the shores of mighty Lake Huron, the Pinery is surely a park to take your breath away. It is home to a vast land of biodiversity with over 800 plants and 300 bird species. This park offers some of the best nature experience in Ontario.

Interesting fact: Pinery Provincial Park holds a place on the list of best sunsets in the world by National Geographic.
Killbear Provincial Park
Located on Georgian Bay in the Parry Sound District of Ontario, Killbear offers kilometers of rugged, rocky shoreline mixed with numerous sand beaches. Enjoy beautiful views of windswept pines on rocky islands and the beauty of an evening sunset on Georgian Bay.

Interesting fact: It's called "Killbear" for a reason. The bear population have nightly visits to those campgrounds who may have forgotten a bag of garbage outside. If you're a first-time camper, make sure you bear-proof your campsite!
