Handy man,s Special. This is a LARGE PARK MODEL-TYPE UNIT, so is a great deal for the right person who can do the work! Slide out works great! Bunk room at rear.

This unit is being sold AS IS AS SEEN! AS IS MEANS GAS TESTED ONLY! We will not do a standard PDI/fire up appliances unless you are willing to pay additional to do so!

This unit has water damage, and will need a new floor and there is a hole on the slide out as seen in pictures. Does come with a brand new mattress wrapped plastic, as the customer did not want it wiht their new trailer. 

The customer did drive it here, so you can drive it off the lot, but I would not suggest going on the highway with it.
